I was at the local pharmacy today to get some febreeze....btw, the Thai Dragonfruit one is soooo yummy smelling. We had bought the Brazilian Marketplace one before too and I liked that one a lot. I think it wins out of the two but not by much. Anywhhhoooo, I can't go into a drugstore without going down the makeup aisle, but I really didn't want to spend more money on makeup because I have a ton of it now, but I did stop to look at the nail polish since I have been really enjoying a lot of the spring colours that are out now. I mainly buy China Glaze because I love the brand and the shades, but I decided to try my look with one of the colour quick pens. I have never tried one before so I was kind of excited to finally do so and even more excited when I saw that the chrome shades were out. I bought the pink chrome and put it on as soon as we got home. I looooovvveee it. The shade isn't quite what I expected. It's less of a definate pink and more a mauve-ish shade, but it is still vey pretty and the chrome effect looks so cool and different. I was especially pleased with that part because some people had said that they used the product and it wasn't as chrome-like as they wanted and more of just a high shine look. I disagree. It's obviously not the same effect as some of the higher end, designer brand nail polishes, but I think it stills ends up looking very metallic and pretty.
Overall, I will definately be repurchasing and trying out some of the other shades and it's not a bad price at $8.99 for a pen especially when you consider how long it will last.
On a final note- Has anyone tried the nail art pens and if so what did you think? I'm interested at trying them but they would have to be very easy to use since I don't have the steadiest hand. Thanks!
